This is a topic you are probably all too aware of in today’s climate: job hunting and the dreaded interview.
Yes, freelancers do this too (and waaay too often). The current film market here is pretty dry. So dry in fact that even seasoned and established professionals are taking micro budget jobs just to get by. So it was a welcome surprise to find a small job listing posted online the other day and, of course, I jumped at it! The producer called for an over-the-phone interview that very week and I’m waiting to hear from there. Unfortunately, I don’t always interview very well (I get nervous and a little jittery) so I’m a little anxious to see what happens next. Hopeful of the prospective job though!
